Graphic Parcellar Register (agricultural islands) 2013 — Anonymous RPG — Haute-Garonne

The anonymised Parcellar Graphic Register consists of all the islets geolocated by the registrants themselves (on ortho-photographic background provided) during the annual campaign of " PAC &quot declarations; launched in spring on the whole of the French territory (excluding French Guiana and Guadeloupe). Their route serves as the legal basis for the Service and Payment Agency (PSA) to determine the amount of various direct aids to farmers. This layer is a consolidated version, i.e., all islets present on the department, including those declared by owners of neighbouring departments. __Origin__ This data contains only PLHs in progress; development or in force, with older PLHs (i.e. those that are completed) being archived in a cancelled state.
