Dataset description

As part of its mission to finance social housing in France, the CDC, through the Banque des Territoires, follows and constitutes useful data for actors and observers seeking to analyse territorial developments, construction activity and the social housing sector. The dataset made available presents, for the 13 metropolitan areas and the DOMs, context indicators on the housing stock and information on the social housing stock. These data come from INSEE, the Sit@del2 database, the social rental park directory (RPLS) and the CDC. They are highlighted in the annual publication The Atlas of Housing and Territories (Territorial Banks), see reference below. The data correspond to years N-2 compared to the year of publication indicated, except for the unemployment rate (Q4 N-1) and the poverty rate (N-3).
