Housing Basins in the Haut-Rhin

A habitat basin consists of all parts of the territory where the vast majority of households live, including one of the members working in a cluster of #x27;' employment. The land markets are formed at the scale of #x27; the whole of each basin d' habitat since by choosing a place of residence, each household can, by hypothesis, compare the advantages and disadvantages of n'' any location at #x27;' interior of the basin of #x27;' habitat.
