**This dataset presents the reference rents per district, since the implementation of the rent management in 2019. It is updated annually on July 1st and the history of previous years is kept******.** Mapping of the location districts of buildings, classified by geographical sectors and housing typology (Number of rooms, period of construction, type of rental (furnished, unfurnished)), specifying the reference rents, the reference rents increased and the reference rents reduced, expressed in euros per square metre of living space, over the entire territory of the City of Paris.
