Hydraulic annexes and spawning areas of the Morbihan waterways

Morbihan inland waterways are classified by mass of water strongly modified by the Water Framework Directive (WFD). The achievement of good ecological potential, as defined by the WFD, must lead to actions aimed at: — restoring functional riparian aquatic habitats — restoring ecological continuity for the free movement of aquatic species Several contacts with the various partners (Departmental Council of Morbihan, Regional Council of Brittany — Navigable Ways, DDTM, ONEMA) led the fishing and protection of the aquatic environments of Morbihan to inventory and characterise the spawning areas and hydraulic annexes of the Morbihan waterways. __Origin__ Data created by the Federation of Fisheries and the Protection of Aquatic Environments of Morbihan.
