Dataset description
All the documentary and bibliographic research related to the study on the gourmet heritage of Île-de-France, commissioned by the Heritage and Inventory department, has resulted in the identification of 3777 elements of this heritage throughout the region. This set has been integrated into a database.
The database includes: elements from the Inventory files, elements from historical monuments records, PREDOC, MEMOIRE and PALISSY bases, elements identified in Flohic edition volumes, scattered elements recorded in bibliography, journals or articles.
_N. B.: the level of accuracy of geocoding varies depending on the information provided in the database. Geocoding is therefore not always accurate (street level- > common level)._
