This indicator indicates by common the number of interventions during the period “Important event for the safety of hydraulic structures” (Eish) at the orange level (or similar event) for 3 years (not including the current year). It is an Eish in connection with an operating action or related to the intrinsic behaviour of hydraulic structures, and which has induced: an attack on the safety of persons (put in difficulty, endangerment or accident) or damage to property.
