Dataset description

An EPCI of any form may have Sanitation powers assigned by its statutes (Article L5211-5 of the CGCT). That competence may include: waste water collection, AND/OR l' wastewater treatment. A municipality adhering to an EPCI may choose to: — delegate this competence to it — delegate it to another public institution or other body — retain that competence. Areas of competence are thus formed; different from the administrative perimeters of the EPCI. This layer includes the " areas of competence Sanitation" thus defined existing on a department at a given date. __Origin__ By postponement of the spot location of the damage found against the background of the rivers of BD Carthage __Partner organisations__ DDT Loir-et-Cher __Links annexes__ * [XML metadata view](http://ogc.geo-ide.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/csw/all-dataset?REQUEST=GetRecordById&SERVICE=CSW&VERSION=2.0.2&RESULTTYPE=results&elementSetName=full&TYPENAMES=gmd:MD_Metadata&OUTPUTSCHEMA=http://www.isotc211.org/2005/gmd&ID=fr-120066022-jdd-c5a87011-b88e-445b-a7b4-67d41ec06919) * [COVADIS data standard: N_MILIEU_ATTEINTE_MAJEURE_P](http://geostandards.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/afficherPageStandard.do?id=1180) [See this page on geo.data.gouv.fr](https://geo.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/df7a6fc369ebbca89dadee1cd36c6840e5712eee)
