Dataset description

Inventory of commercial units located in the 66 communes of the Pays de Rennes. A business unit or a business is a place that can receive the public. This inventory was carried out in 2011 on the basis of corrected and amended 2006 inventory data. Following the availability of the 2014 inventory, the information on the postal address of this inventory has been updated in order to benefit from the verification work carried out in 2014 on this information. Some attributes make it possible to know the evolution of business cells between 2006 and 2011 (stability, deletion, creation). Among the available attributes: idcellcomm = Unique identifier of a business cell idsite = Identifier of the commercial attachment site.. The room is considered isolated if the field is empty. sign = Name of the sign or business name ens_nat = Indicates whether it is a national sign. codeape = APE Code SIRET = SIRET Code of Commerce. activity = Labelled trade activity. This wording is derived from the nomenclature ‘Pivadis Activities’. act_grpe = Code for the grouping of activities from the nomenclature “Pivadis Activities”. > List of values: > 1 — Specialised food > 2 — Non-specialised (including supermarket, hypermarket, hard discount, department stores) > 3 — Equipment of the person > 4 — House equipment > 5 — Healthy health beauty > 6 — Leisure culture > 7 — Auto Cycles > 8 — Cafés hotels restaurants > 9 — Agency services act_code = Code of business activity. This code is derived from the nomenclature “Pivadis Activities”.
