Dataset description

This layer contains the building for which the Department of Loiret owns. **Collection context** This data was created by the GIS department of the Loiret department for the services concerned by spatial planning and for EPFL. **Collection method** The inventory of the land heritage of the Department of Loiret is made on the basis of the literal data of the cadastre updated on 1 January of each year. Built and unbuilt properties belonging to the Departmental Council are identified at the end of a cross between the owners and the plots. The plots are then extracted from the Computerised Cadastral Plan of the Directorate-General for Public Finance©. To extract the frame, a further treatment is carried out on the plots extracted with the condition that the centroid of the frame is located in the plot. **Attributes** | Champ | Alias | Type | | — | — | | — | | ‘ID_BATI’ | Identifier | ‘char’ | ‘ID_BATI’ | ‘TYPE_’ | Type | ‘char’ | ‘TYPE_’ | ‘SHAPE.LEN’ | ‘double’ | | ‘ObjectID’ | ‘integer’ | | ‘CODPARC’ | Parcel code | ‘char’ | ‘CODPARC’ | ‘CODLOT’ | Lot Code | ‘char’ | ‘CODLOT’ | ‘SHAPE.AREA’ | ‘double’ | For more information, see [the metadata on the Isogeo catalog](https://open.isogeo.com/s/1742fb942d7b4756b9778c3b3cbc992e/HWglEr-z4Bry_rKQOTINX9gAH4Yu0/r/79ddf252340d48928b7a4b746ccba1d9).
