Dataset description

Amendment Dupont of 2 February 1995 (Article L111-1-4 of the Code de l' urban planning) is a safeguard measure designed to ensure the quality development of non-urbanised areas situated on the edge of important roadways. The designation of the section concerned, the date of the classification decree and the width (75 m or 100 m on the side and d'other of the axis) where new constructions outside the urbanised areas are prohibited. High traffic roads, regardless of their state-owned membership, are the roads which enable the continuity of the main routes and, in particular, the removal of traffic, the circulation of exceptional transport, convoys and military transport and the economic service of the territory, and justify, as such, special rules in the field of traffic police.
