Dataset description

The complete corpus file of [@docs](https://francearchives.fr/@docs/), a reference to several hundred specific access provisions, enshrined in French legislation and regulations. [@docs](https://francearchives.fr/@docs/) is a tool to explain the right of access to public documents easy to use, designed by the Inter-ministerial Service of Archives de France. @docs is organised by categories of documents (building permit, medical file, birth certificate...), divided into major themes (taxation, justice, health, etc.) and addresses: — the user who is not familiar with the archives but who meets the ad hoc need, for an administrative process or personal research, to access a public document. — administrations which would be confronted with a request for access: public archival services or, for the most recent documents, any public service. **Descriptive of wording:** — General typology: field of activity, type of file or type of information — Fine typology: division of the field of activity, type of document and/or additional information — Deadline: position of the document in relation to the period of free communicability determined by the Heritage Code, in relation to a time limit determined by other texts or in the light of other criteria, or lack of time limit (communicability from the creation of the document) — Identity of the applicant: status of the applicant in relation to the documents requested where the documents are not freely available to any person who so requests — Consultation:consultation of the document in an administration, a community, a public institution, a public archival service, etc. — Possibility of obtaining a copy: possibility of obtaining a copy pursuant to Article L. 311-9 of the Code of Relations between the Public and Administration or other legislative or regulatory provisions — Action: possibility and nature of the appeal in case of refusal of communication and/or copying — Possibility of using the CADA: possibility of having recourse to the Commission for Access to Administrative Documents pursuant to Articles L. 342-1 and L. 342-2 of the Code of Relations between the Public and the Administration — Applicable texts: laws and regulations governing access to documents — Remarks: more information
