Limits of 15 km of urban units of more than 15,000 inhabitants and the shore of the sea in the Loire-Atlantique

The 15 km perimeter of the outer boundary of urban units with more than 15,000 inhabitants and 15 km perimeter of the shoreline in the Loire-Atlantique has been defined for the purpose of the application of the provisions of the first paragraph; Article L 122.2 of the Code de l' Urbanism (amended under the ALUR Act) in Loire-Atlantique. Under the conditions specified in the above mentioned article, in municipalities which are not covered by an applicable territorial coherence scheme, the local plan of #x27; urban planning may not be amended or revised in order to do so; open to #x27; urbanisation an area to be urbanised demarcated after 1 July 2002 or a natural area.
