Dataset description

In general, the stakes are people, property, activities, elements of cultural or environmental heritage, threatened by hazards and likely to be affected or damaged by it. The sensitivity of a hazard issue is called “vulnerability”. This class d' object includes all the issues that have been taken into account in the PPR study. An issue is a dated object whose consideration is based on the object of the PPR and its vulnerability to the hazards studied. A PPR issue can therefore be taken into account (or not) depending on the type or types of hazard treated. These elements form the basis of knowledge of the soil required for the Â#x27; development of the PPR, in the zone d’#x27; study or near it, at the date of #x27; analysis of the issues. The data of #x27; Issues represent a photograph (fixed and not exhaustive) of assets and people exposed to hazards at the time of #x27; development of the risk prevention plan. This data is not updated after PPR approval. In practice they are no longer used: the stakes are recalculated as needed with up-to-date data sources. __Origin__ These data are the result of the selection, merging, and then assembling of cartographic data from'a choice of ' studies and inventories conducted in the region until February 2019. As regards the so-called ‘modelling’ data, they were subject to a final disaggregation allowing them to be converted into different formats without the risk of error. They will be completed as new knowledge is acquired. These studies and inventories are based in particular on: — pre-location by modeling; — pre-location by photo-interpretation; — field inventories which do not conclude with certainty that they are wet in accordance with the criteria & vegetation; or & pedology " listed in the Ministerial Decree of 24 June 2008 as amended by the Decree of 1 October 2009; — habitat maps "pro parte" listed in the Ministerial Decree of 24 June 2008 as amended by the Decree of 1 October 2009. The last three paragraphs containing the methods referred to as ‘by diagnosis’. Finally, these data present only a state of the knowledge currently acquired and cannot be considered exhaustive. The benchmarks used depend on each study or inventory used to compile these data (between 1/5000th and 1/100000th). Similarly, the timeliness of these benchmarks varies according to the date of the selected study or inventory (between 1999 and 2015). For more information, it is recommended to consult the report of each study. __Partner organisations__ DDTM Pas-de-Calais __Links annexes__ * [XML metadata view](http://ogc.geo-ide.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/csw/all-dataset?REQUEST=GetRecordById&SERVICE=CSW&VERSION=2.0.2&RESULTTYPE=results&elementSetName=full&TYPENAMES=gmd:MD_Metadata&OUTPUTSCHEMA=http://www.isotc211.org/2005/gmd&ID=fr-120066022-jdd-d5abdd40-e96b-4c5a-bcab-79f3ff8fc937) [See this page on geo.data.gouv.fr](https://geo.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/b0800bc96622b22fe6ba3579e5023a824986e6b0)
