Local urban planning procedure (PLU), land use plan (POS) and municipal map (CC) for non-autonomous municipalities — Tarn

These data describe the opposable urban planning documents and the ongoing procedures for the municipalities of Tarn in their last known state. This description is voluntarily limited to fulfill a specific purpose: — show, by means of summary maps, the geographical distribution of enforceable documents and the progress of the procedures for the PLU(i) and the municipal maps useful for steering urban and rural planning policies. Are understood only the procedures of ' urban planning in preparation or revision. On the other hand, the old urban planning procedures (i.e. those that led to d’#x27 documents; urban planning that are no longer enforceable) and procedures cancelled before their completion are not retained in these data. __Origin__ The geometry of a PROCEDURE_URBA perimeter is constructed by: — l' geometric aggregation of polygons representing the municipalities concerned by an inter-municipal procedure, or — the polygon of the municipality concerned by a municipal procedure.
