Dataset description

Table made on 16 March 2017 Jura municipalities in which the presence of Castor d' Eurasia (Castor fiber) is proven. This list of communes was drawn up by prefectoral decree of 09 March 2017 (Record of administrative acts of Jura N°39-2017-03-002 published on 10 March 2017) following the list of municipalities transmitted by the National Office for Hunting and Wildlife (ONCFS) dated 09 February 2017. In municipalities where the presence of beaver has been established, special arrangements should be laid down for trapping and destroying; species classified as harmful in the territory of those municipalities in order to preserve that protected species that is the beaver. __Origin__ This layer covers the Picardy region. It is a composite data from layers of the same vintage (except the forest layer which dates back to 2000). It is made from the communal cutting of the BD-TOPO® from l'IGN. L' land cover is defined for each commune by successive integration on the \#x27; blank space of reference graphic layers according to the following order: 1°) BD-TOPO® of l'IGN; 2°) BD-FORET® of l'IGN (on the surface of the vegetation layer of the BD-TOPO®, the non-forest vegetation being then crossed with the urban task built from the BD-TOPO® to estimate the artificial part); 3°) ASP agricultural RPG; 4°) Majic Parcellar of DGFiP. At the end of the process of integration, the remaining blank spaces are filled by the predominant adjoining land occupation. Thus, the layer is obtained from data whose validity scales and update dates are not always homogeneous. This aspect must be taken into account by the user when using it. However, this work makes it possible to obtain an admissible perception for reflections on the \#x27; evolution of the soil on a communal or supra-communal scale. __Partner organisations__ DDT Jura __Links annexes__ * [XML metadata view](http://ogc.geo-ide.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/csw/all-dataset?REQUEST=GetRecordById&SERVICE=CSW&VERSION=2.0.2&RESULTTYPE=results&elementSetName=full&TYPENAMES=gmd:MD_Metadata&OUTPUTSCHEMA=http://www.isotc211.org/2005/gmd&ID=fr-120066022-jdd-36fa9f0c-af07-4d65-8a9a-7391168ea3d7) [See this page on geo.data.gouv.fr](https://geo.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/c8a6ed3d18b0289e47af05f78d4b91426837c624)
