Dataset description

The map layer is based on the classification of municipalities under the compulsory fight against golden flavescence (taking into account the new 2015 decrees). The compulsory fight against golden flavescence is framed in Languedoc-Roussillon by the following prefectoral decrees: — For l'Aude: order of 6 May 2015 http://draaf.languedoc-roussillon.agriculture.gouv.fr/IMG/pdf/2015_05_06_arrete_fd_11_cle8d8a7d.pdf — For the Gard: order of 2 June 2015 http://draaf.languedoc-roussillon.agriculture.gouv.fr/IMG/pdf/2015_06_02_arrete_fd_30_cle8eea45.pdf — For l'Hérault: order of 15 June 2015 http://draaf.languedoc-roussillon.agriculture.gouv.fr/IMG/pdf/2015_06_15_arrete_fd_34_cle8dd828.pdf — For the Pyrénées-Orientales: order of 10 July 2015 http://draaf.languedoc-roussillon.agriculture.gouv.fr/IMG/pdf/2015_07_10_arrete_pref_flavescence_66_cle013d21.pdf In Languedoc-Roussillon, the disease appeared in 1982, first in Aude and then in the Pyrénées-Orientales. Today, these two departments as well as Hérault and Gard are concerned by flavescence. Currently, golden flavescence is present in a large part of the French vineyards. Golden flavescence has a significant economic impact on the vineyards. It causes crop losses. It can lead to the death of the vines and ultimately compromise the sustainability of the vineyard. The golden flavescence is of an epidemic character with a very rapid progression of the number of sick vines. This characteristic makes the struggle compulsory. __Origin__ The perimeter of a prescribed PPR is usually provided in the prefect’s prescription order. The perimeter d' exposure to risks — or regulated perimeter — corresponds to the \#x27; geometric aggregation of l' all the restricted zones listed in the same PPR. The perimeter of the study corresponds to the envelope in which the hazards were studied. __Partner organisations__ DRAAF Occitanie, DRAAF Languedoc-Roussillon __Links annexes__ * [XML metadata view](http://ogc.geo-ide.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/csw/all-dataset?REQUEST=GetRecordById&SERVICE=CSW&VERSION=2.0.2&RESULTTYPE=results&elementSetName=full&TYPENAMES=gmd:MD_Metadata&OUTPUTSCHEMA=http://www.isotc211.org/2005/gmd&ID=fr-120066022-jdd-78ac7e01-ea75-46cf-b209-838e72092618) [See this page on geo.data.gouv.fr](https://geo.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/ebddf2a6ff7af9074c86050bdc1e665db865a677)
