Dataset description

PLUi perimeter data in the Burgundy-Franche-Comté region and their state of play.Data updated as of 1 September 2021, with updated population data (legal population as of 1 January 2019 = pop 2016 = pop N-3).PLUi: Local Urban Planning Plan The local urban planning plan (LDP) is an urban planning document which, at the level of a group of municipalities (EPCI) or a municipality, establishes a global planning and planning project and therefore lays down the general rules for land use in the territory in question. The PLU must enable the emergence of a shared territory project taking into account both national and territorial planning policies and the specific features of a territory (Art. L.121-1 of the Urban Planning Code). It therefore determines the conditions for land-use planning which respects the principles of sustainable development (in particular through spatial management) and meets local development needs. When the local planning plan covers the whole of the Community territory, it is then referred to as an intercommunal or community PLU (PLUi).The objectives, content, procedures for drawing up, revising and monitoring the PLU(i) are defined within the framework of the Urban Planning Code (Book I — Title II — Chapter III).
