L.121-1 of the Urban Planning Code). It therefore determines the conditions for land-use planning which respects the principles of sustainable development (in particular through spatial management) and meets local development needs.When the local planning plan covers the whole of the Community territory, it is then referred to as an intercommunal or community PLU (PLUi).The objectives, content, procedures for drawing up, revising and monitoring the PLU(i) are defined within the framework of the Urban Planning Code (Book I — Title II — Chapter III).
