Maximum width of sectors affected by noise from railway infrastructure identified in the noise classification in Seine-et-Marne

Railway infrastructure shall be identified and classified according to their sound characteristics and traffic. Classification determines the areas on both sides of the track where reinforced acoustic isolation of buildings is required. The interministerial decree of 30 May 1996 and amended by the decree of 23 July 2013 fixes, for each of the 5 categories of the noise classification, the corresponding maximum width of the sectors affected by noise, located in the vicinity of the infrastructure, without this width exceeding three hundred meters on the part of and d' other of it.
