Dataset description

Developed from the Abeille Law of 9 February 2015 and the Elan Law of 23 November 2018, and following two previous charters, the ** Metropolitan Charter on the implantation of radio relays** __ was signed by 21 municipalities of the metropolis and 4 electronic communications operators on 23 September 2019. It expresses and anchors the collective will of all stakeholders to have a harmonised approach to the location of radio relays on the territory in order to ensure efficient and high-quality network coverage for all users, ensuring the sobriety of exposure to electromagnetic fields. In its commitment to transparency and information, this charter entrusts the one-stop shop that it establishes, to make available on its website City Council Information Folders (DIM) and simulations of electromagnetic fields produced by operators in the framework of their regulatory obligations. The information and documents made available make it possible to establish an overview of the various plans for the installation or modification of radio relays for the municipalities and by the signatories of the Charter, by complying with the regulatory requirements of Law No 2015-136 of 9 February 2015 on sobriety, transparency, information and consultation on exposure to electromagnetic waves. **For further information: ** Division Digital Planning of the Territory (ANT) — Shared Direction of Information Systems Tel. 02 47 21 66 77 — [[email protected]](mailto: [email protected])
