Monaccount training — The training offer

Since 21 November 2019, monaccount training (‘https://www.moncompteformation.gouv.fr/’) allows employees in the private sector as well as unemployed people to choose their training as part of a direct purchasing journey financed with their Personal Training Account (PTA). In order to better define their professional project, if they wish, they can be accompanied by a professional development advisor (CEP), by their region, by a skills operator, or by Pôle emploi. The courses offered in My Training Account are certified training courses delivered by the training organisations via the EDOF portal. Certification training means any training relating to a certification entered in one of the two national registers administered by France Compétences, namely the specific directory (RS) or the national register of professional qualifications (RNCP). Since 2022, training organisations must also have QUALIOPI certification in order to be able to practice via the platform. The dataset covers all certifying training actions for which one or more training organisations have opened sessions accessible from My Training Account.
