This file, established by the National Institute of Geographical and Forestry Information (IGN-F) in September 2020, provides the list and perimeter of the communes of the Seine-Maritime Department, as well as the administrative status of the municipality (capital of region, prefecture, etc.), the INSEE code of the EPCI (Public Institution of Intercommunal Cooperation), the borough and the canton (pseudo-canton, see glossary in the metadata) to which they correspond.
