Dataset description

Municipalities concerned by the noise classification of land transport infrastructure is a regulatory approach taken pursuant to Article L571-10 of the Environmental Code and the Decree of 30 May 1996, which require the prefect of each department to classify land transport infrastructure according to 5 categories (1 being the noisier and 5 the least noisy). From this classification are deduced from the sectors affected by noise within which special rules of constructibility apply. __Origin__ Detailed genealogy information is provided in the report accompanying the maps and the GIS Flood Directive.
