Don't answer them** ### What does the RNA contain? — The RNA lists all the associations covered by the [**Law of 1 July 1901** on the contract of association](https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/affichTexte.do?cidTexte=LEGITEXT000006069570), whose registered office is in France (metropole and overseas) with the exception of the departments of Moselle (57), Bas-Rhin (67) and Haut-Rhin (68) which fall under a specific scheme. The RNA also contains, under the same conditions, ** associations recognised as being of public utility**. The RNA is fed after investigation of the file by the Registry of Associations during a creation, modification or dissolution. The declarations of creation are then published in the [**Official Journal of Associations and Foundations of Enterprise (JOAFE)**](https://www.journal-officiel.gouv.fr/associations). — ### Modalities for disseminating RNA data — In accordance with the provisions of the [**Law for a Digital Republic of 7 October 2016**](https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/affichTexte.do?cidTexte=JORFTEXT000033202746&categorieLien=id) the data of the RNA made available by the [**Ministry of Interior**](https://www.interieur.gouv.fr/Le-ministere/Secretariat-general/Direction-des-libertes-publiques-et-des-affaires-juridiques) and form part of the data accessible for consultation and downloadable in open data. The content of the downloadable data is split into two extractions: *RNA_waldec*: list of associations with an RNA number.
