National register of freezes

**Source: [freezes.dgtresor.gouv.fr](https://gels-avoirs.dgtresor.gouv.fr/)** Under the provisions of Article L 562-4 of the Monetary and Financial Code, whether decided by the United Nations, by the European Union or on a national basis, asset freezing measures are applicable without delay by natural and legal persons. In order to obtain the list of sanctioned persons and entities, DG Treasury publishes and maintains the national register of asset freeze measures. It identifies all the persons, entities and vessels covered by the asset freeze measures in force throughout France. This register lists all persons, entities and vessels subject to asset freeze measures in force on French territory, pursuant to national, European and international (UN) provisions. It is regularly updated by DG Treasury.
