Dataset description

This dataset contains the quantitative issues reported to the IRR and for each flood scenario, produced for reporting purposes for the European Floods Directive. The European Directive 2007/60/EC of 23 October 2007 on the risk assessment and management of the risks of' Flood (OJEU L 288, 06-11-2007, p. 27) influences the flood prevention strategy in Europe. It requires the production of risk management plans for ' floods aimed at reducing the negative consequences of floods on human health, the environment, cultural heritage and the economic activity. The objectives and requirements for achievement are given by the law of 12 July 2010 establishing a national commitment for the environment (LENE) and the decree of 2 March 2011. Within this framework, the primary objective of flooding and risk mapping of IRRs is to contribute, by homogenising and objecting knowledge of the #x27th; exposure of issues to floods, to #x27; development of risk management plans for #x27; flooding (PGRI).This dataset is used to produce maps of the issues exposed at an appropriate scale. __Origin__ The boundaries of a zone are represented on the graphical documents of the PLU or POS. They generally correspond to the boundaries of n°#x27; an aggregate of cadastral plots. The geometry of cadastral plots is a data derived from the cadastral geographical reference chosen at the time of the; elaboration of the document d' urbanism. This cadastral geographical repository can be either the Parcellar BD provided by the Ø;IGN, or the computerised cadastral plan (CCP) provided by the DGI. __Partner organisations__ DREAL Nouvelle-Aquitaine/MiCAT/PIG, Contact taken from l'existing 59088 __Links annexes__ * [XML metadata view](http://ogc.geo-ide.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/csw/all-dataset?REQUEST=GetRecordById&SERVICE=CSW&VERSION=2.0.2&RESULTTYPE=results&elementSetName=full&TYPENAMES=gmd:MD_Metadata&OUTPUTSCHEMA=http://www.isotc211.org/2005/gmd&ID=fr-120066022-jdd-8a188028-86df-4034-8a54-4ee197cf6996) * [COVADIS data standard: Zone d'un PLU](http://geostandards.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/afficherPageStandard.do?jeu=N_ZONE_URBA_ccccc) [See this page on geo.data.gouv.fr](https://geo.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/f959caaa1477c058eed2f1520335e9b84fff10fe)
