New Aquitaine: General Interet Operation (INO) — Perimeters (surfacic)

This dataset contains the perimeters d'Operation d'Interet General (OIN), in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region. An OIN is a large partnership urban planning operation with the dominant commitment of the #x27; state in the territory considered as a priority. The Urban Planning Code, in particular Article L121-9, as amended by Law No 2010-788 of 12 July 2010 — Art. 15, specifies the principle, the effects and above all the authority capable of creating them: it is a ministerial decree in Council d' State which alone allows to create an OIN. The perimeter of the OIN Bordeaux-Euratlantique covers an area of 738 hectares, it is one of the largest urban projects in France.
