Dataset description

This dataset contains the municipalities being the subject of a Local Plan procedure of intercommunal urbanism (PLUi). These data describe the procedures of ' urban planning in their last known state by specifying their situation in terms of progress and effectiveness. An urban planning procedure takes an average of three years. This description is voluntarily limited to fulfill a specific purpose: show, by means of summary maps, the geographical distribution and the progress of the PLUi procedures useful for steering urban and rural planning policies. This includes urban planning procedures in preparation, revision or repeal. These data have been developed using the national application for monitoring documents d' urban planning and d' habitat (SuDocUH) and supplemented by the information collected from the DDT(M) and the services of the DREAL of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region. __Origin__ GIS data provided by site operators, when validating DOCOB. This data was taken over and structured within the framework of a service contract led by DREAL Aquitaine/MCE (2015-2016). The GIS data have been validated by CEREMA and DREAL Aquitaine. The phytosociological codes have been validated by the CBNSA, i.e. expert. The zonings whose phytosociological code n' could be validated, or for which there was a doubt, had a field left empty (grey zone). __Partner organisations__ DREAL Nouvelle-Aquitaine/MiCAT/PIG __Links annexes__ * [XML metadata view](http://ogc.geo-ide.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/csw/all-dataset?REQUEST=GetRecordById&SERVICE=CSW&VERSION=2.0.2&RESULTTYPE=results&elementSetName=full&TYPENAMES=gmd:MD_Metadata&OUTPUTSCHEMA=http://www.isotc211.org/2005/gmd&ID=fr-120066022-jdd-e0f2eb08-9834-4cee-93c0-66d963110c0e) [See this page on geo.data.gouv.fr](https://geo.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/bad4d524b3d34304cfa26cd2f4aa694959ce7e67)
