Dataset description

This dataset contains the perimeters (surface objects) of servitudes relating to the mines and quarry on the perimeter of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region. ATTENTION: This JDD is not exhaustive on the perimeter of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region but concerns the former Limousin region. These are two types of servitude. Easements of land tenure established for the benefit of mine operators, explorers and licensees an exclusive research permit; this implies, in particular, for the operator of a mine, the possibility of occupying the land necessary for the operation of its mine and the facilities essential to it. It’s about even for the explorer as part of his exploration work and the holder of an exclusive research permit (performing the necessary research and facilities for the extracted products). B) Passage services granted to holders of mining titles, quarrying permits or authorisations it’s a search. In forest land, scaling may, if necessary, be allowed up to the limits of the broadband. __Origin__ This JDD was created on the perimeter of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region during the construction of ' harmonisation of heritage in June 2016.
