Dataset description

This dataset locates the municipalities (surface objects) subject to the Taxe sur les logements vacants (TLV) of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region. ATTENTION: this dataset is not exhaustive on the perimeter of Nouvelle-Aquitaine. It concerns the perimeter of the former Aquitaine region. The tax on vacant housing (TLV) applies to municipalities belonging to a zone of continuous urbanisation of more than 50,000 inhabitants, the list of which is fixed by Decree No 2013-392 of 10 May 2013. It targets agglomerations where there is a marked imbalance between the supply and demand of housing causing serious difficulties of #x27; access to housing on the whole of the existing residential stock. This tax is levied for the benefit of the National Agency of Habitat (ANAH). A total of 28 agglomerations comprising 1,151 municipalities are now covered by the TLV. In former Aquitaine, it concerns three agglomerations, namely 95 municipalities: — Agglomeration of Bordeaux — Agglomeration of La Teste-de-Buch-Arcachon — Agglomeration of Bayonne __Origin__ Production objectives: This dataset was created on the perimeter of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region during the d’#x27 project; heritage harmonisation in 2016. It is produced from l' assembling data from the 3 former regions Aquitaine, Limousin and Poitou-Charentes. This dataset is not exhaustive on the perimeter of Nouvelle-Aquitaine.
