New Aquitaine partial: National Requalification Program for Old Degraded Quarters (PNRQAD) — Perimeters (surfacic)

This dataset contains the location of the neighbourhoods concerned by the National Requalification Program for Old Degraded Quarters (PNRQAD) (surface objects) of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region. ATTENTION: this dataset is not exhaustive on the Nouvelle-Aquitaine perimeter. It concerns the perimeter of the former Aquitaine region. Introduced by the law of March 25, 2009 for mobilisation for housing and the fight against housing; exclusion, the national program for the requalification of degraded old neighborhoods (PNRQAD) concerns: — degraded old quarters with characteristics of #x27; a high concentration of ' unworthy habitat with a particularly difficult economic and social situation of the inhabitants; — the degraded old quarters in which there is a high vacancy despite a tense real estate market. It is about effectively absorbing unworthy housing, re-establishing vacant housing and combating energy poverty, while maintaining social mix. This involves the requalification of public spaces, renovation (meaning demolition and reconstruction of housing), the rehabilitation of buildings with the highest energy standards and the installation of new equipment. Using means of d' exception to remedy urban and social dysfunctions, when they keep conventional solutions in check, this is what is proposed to elected officials by participation in this national program. In the former Aquitaine, this programme concerns two municipalities: Bordeaux and Bayonne. __Origin__ GENEALOGY: Production objectives: Location of degraded old quarters in ex-Aquitaine. This dataset was created on the perimeter of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region during the d’#x27 project; heritage harmonisation in 2016. It is produced from l' assembling data from the 3 former regions Aquitaine, Limousin and Poitou-Charentes. This dataset is not exhaustive on the Nouvelle-Aquitaine perimeter.
