Dataset description

This dataset contains the " grey areas (ICPE right-of-way)" regulated PRPPs Industrial risk of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region, where GIS data exist. ATTENTION: this dataset is not complete on the perimeter of Nouvelle-Aquitaine, it concerns the former Aquitaine region. Risk Prevention Plans (RPPs) are the key instrument for risk prevention. Their objective is to control development in areas at risk. L' development of a risk prevention plan generates a series of spatial data organised into several datasets. This dataset describes the grey areas of the PPRT, i.e. the areas corresponding to #x27; the enclosure of the installation site at the #x27th place; the origin of the technological hazards. NOTE: Detailed metadata by PPRT is available from DDT/M. Some PPRTs may be in the process of revision. The data are provided for informational purposes and have no regulatory value. __Origin__ This JDD was created on the perimeter of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region during the heritage harmonisation project in August 2016. It is produced from the assembly of data from the 3 former regions Aquitaine, Limousin and Poitou-Charentes. ATTENTION: this dataset is not complete on the Nouvelle-Aquitaine perimeter, it concerns the former Aquitaine region. Three genealogies are possible to obtain the constitutive dataset of a PPR: * L#x27; preparation of the PPR has taken place a posteriori of the publication of this standard. The master of the PPR was able to take into account the technical specifications of the PPR standard from the start of the procedure. * The development of the PPR and the publication of this standard are concurrent. The geographical data had to be the subject of a standardisation during the procedure, taking advantage of the knowledge of all the stakeholders in the file. * Publication of the standard took place after the adoption of the PPR procedure. The master responsible for managing the PPR decided to take over the file to produce the data in COVADIS format. This production may include the retrieval of pre-existing geographical data as a part of digitisation. This metadata may be usefully supplemented by the characteristics specific to the datasets obtained by indicating whether the quality recommendations (B.4) of the standard have been complied with or possibly measured, and specifying any technical limitations caused by the procedure used. __Partner organisations__ DREAL Nouvelle-Aquitaine __Links annexes__ * [COVADIS data standard: Table containing all restricted zones of 'a PPRT.](http://geostandards.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/afficherPageStandard.do?jeu=N_ZONE_REG_PPRT_AAAANNNN_L) * [basketDownloadFrontalParametrage](https://catalogue.sigena.fr/geosource/panierDownloadFrontalParametrage?LAYERIDTS=3933715) [See this page on geo.data.gouv.fr](https://geo.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/7538b330fb04af4587654a67d6c6ccd5b74ae0f3)
