Dataset description

This dataset contains the boundaries at the various stages of the Â#x27; development of the Technological Risk Prevention Plans (PPRT) — Industrial risk, of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region. ATTENTION: this dataset is not exhaustive on the perimeter of Nouvelle-Aquitaine, it concerns the perimeter of the former Aquitaine and Limousin regions. The perimeters have the characteristic of being the consequence of an official act and to produce their effects as of &a defined date. Depending on the PPR, this perimeter may be of different type: — prescribed perimeter set out in the prescribing order of n°#x27; a PPR (natural or technological); — perimeter d' exposure to risks that corresponds to the perimeter regulated by the approved PPR. This approved perimeter is equivalent to public utility easement (PM3 for PPRTs); — perimeter d' study corresponding to #x27; envelope in which hazards have been studied. NOTE: Detailed metadata by PPRT is available from DDT/M. GIS data are provided for informational purposes and have no regulatory value. __Origin__ This JDD was created on the perimeter of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region during the heritage harmonisation project in August 2016. It is produced from the assembly of data from the 3 former regions Aquitaine, Limousin and Poitou-Charentes. ATTENTION: this dataset is not exhaustive on the perimeter of Nouvelle-Aquitaine, it concerns the perimeter of the former Aquitaine and Limousin regions. The perimeter of a prescribed PPR is usually provided in the prefect’s prescription order. The perimeter d' exposure to risks — or regulated perimeter — corresponds to the \#x27; geometric aggregation of l' all the restricted zones listed in the same PPR. The perimeter of the study corresponds to the envelope in which the hazards were studied. __Partner organisations__ DREAL Nouvelle-Aquitaine __Links annexes__ * [COVADIS data standard: Scope of PPRT](http://geostandards.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/afficherPageStandard.do?jeu=N_PERIMETRE_PPRT_AAAANNNN_S) * [basketDownloadFrontalParametrage](https://catalogue.sigena.fr/geosource/panierDownloadFrontalParametrage?LAYERIDTS=3933880) [See this page on geo.data.gouv.fr](https://geo.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/39e27f11abd6e8eecf746538d0ce099d5d74eee8)
