Dataset description

This dataset contains the issues related to waste water treatment plants, produced for reporting purposes for the European Floods Directive. The European Directive 2007/60/EC of 23 October 2007 on the assessment and risk management of ' flooding (OJ L 288, 06-11-2007, p. 27) influences the flood prevention strategy in Europe. It requires the production of risk management plans for ' floods aimed at reducing the negative consequences of floods on human health, the environment, cultural heritage and the economic activity. The objectives and requirements for achievement are given by the law of 12 July 2010 establishing a national commitment for the environment (LENE) and the decree of 2 March 2011. Within this framework, the primary objective of flooding and risk mapping of IRRs is to contribute, by homogenising and objecting knowledge of the #x27th; exposure of issues to floods, to #x27; development of risk management plans for #x27; flooding (PGRI).This dataset is used to produce maps of the issues exposed at an appropriate scale. __Origin__ Three genealogies are possible to obtain the constitutive dataset of a PPR: — L#x27; preparation of the PPR has taken place a posteriori of the publication of this standard. The master of the PPR was able to take into account the technical specifications of the PPR standard from the start of the procedure. — The development of the PPR and the publication of this standard are concurrent. The geographical data had to be the subject of a “hot” standardisation during the procedure, taking advantage of the knowledge of all stakeholders in the file. — Publication of the standard took place after the adoption of the PPR procedure. The master responsible for managing the PPR decided to take over the file to produce the data in COVADIS format. This production may include the retrieval of pre-existing geographical data as a part of digitisation. This metadata may be usefully supplemented by the characteristics specific to the datasets obtained by indicating whether the quality recommendations (B.4) of the standard have been complied with or possibly measured, and specifying any technical limitations caused by the procedure used. __Partner organisations__ DREAL Nouvelle-Aquitaine/MiCAT/PIG, Contact taken from l'existing 59088 __Links annexes__ * [XML metadata view](http://ogc.geo-ide.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/csw/all-dataset?REQUEST=GetRecordById&SERVICE=CSW&VERSION=2.0.2&RESULTTYPE=results&elementSetName=full&TYPENAMES=gmd:MD_Metadata&OUTPUTSCHEMA=http://www.isotc211.org/2005/gmd&ID=fr-120066022-jdd-6da867b4-4fbb-4f74-bb83-bc07ced317e3) [See this page on geo.data.gouv.fr](https://geo.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/6b73d5c79fadba3c3c4fbaadc778efbee4890287)
