Dataset description

Location of ScoT perimeters and municipalities subject to ScoT#x27; ScoT. Administrative follow-up of Territorial Coherence Schemas (SCoT) in New Aquitaine. The Territorial Coherence Schema (SCoT) is a document d' urban planning that sets, at the scale of several municipalities or groupings of municipalities, the fundamental orientations of the \#x27; organisation of territory and of the evolution of urban areas, in order to preserve a balance between urban, industrial, tourist, agricultural and natural areas. Introduced by the SRU Act of 13 December 2000, it sets out the objectives of the various public policies relating to housing, economic development and displacement. These data were developed using the national application for monitoring documents of ' urban planning and d' habitat (SuDocUH) and supplemented by the information collected from the DDT(M) and the DREAL/SALD of the Aquitaine region. __Origin__ Since 2004, the outlines of drill fires have been postponed to cartographic format by the Agriculture and Forestry Department of the DDTM34 and previously by DDAF 34. This operation is the result of the findings made on the ground and/or from the elements collected by SDIS, CG34 and other parties involved in the fire problem. This explains why the proposed tables are not homogeneous and slightly different from the data in the Prometheus database.
