Dataset description

The rate of teletransmitted acts is obtained by making the ratio between the number teletransmitted on the information system @CTES and the total number of acts received under the legality check, whether in paper or electronic format. The volume of the information system @CTES increased by + 46 % from 2014 to 2015, reaching 1,530 billion bytes. The number of files increased from 2,500 thousand in 2014 to 3,000 thousand in 2015, an increase of + 28 %. This is significantly more impressive than the number of acts transmitted electronically reaching 2,439,000 acts in 2015, an increase of only + 4 % compared to 2014; the increase in the number of acts transmitted via @CTES therefore decelerated since it was + 29 % between 2013 and 2014. The combination of these two phenomena (strong increase in volume and small increase in the number of electronically transmitted acts) results in a significant increase in the average volume of acts: this is reflected in the average number of bytes per act which increased by + 40 % from 2014 to 2015. The rate of acts teletransmitted via @CTES in relation to the total number of acts transmitted under the legality review (46 %) is higher than the rate reached in 2014 (40 %). This indicator continued to improve despite the small increase (+ 4 %) in gross data in the number of acts transmitted electronically in 2015 compared to 2014 due to the 10 % decrease in the total number of acts received under the legality review in 2015 (5 157 000) compared to 2014 (5 727 000 acts).
