One-off issues of the PPR flooding of the municipality of Riscle (Gers)

Mapping of the specific challenges of the PPR flooding of the municipality of Riscle (Gers). __Origin__ Detailed genealogy information is provided in the report accompanying the maps and the GIS Flood Directive. This information explains the choices made on data and production methods. Update work on 28/02/2019. The tasks performed are as follows: — recovery of the list of municipalities INSEE, updated on 01/01/2018; — verification from the list of municipalities of 2012 of their existence + visual verification on QGIS, for each TRI, of the possible existence of communes aggregated to communes within TRI perimeter; — addition of municipalities which may be aggregated. Ultimately, only the Cherbourg TRI has undergone changes: — by merging certain municipalities within the perimeter (without effect on the perimeter); — by aggregation of a commune of the TRI with the municipality of La Hague, thereby bringing the municipality of La Hague into the territory of the TRI. The 2012 layer of TRI territories has been reused as is. The added territory of the municipality of La Hague comes from the layer BDTopo 2017.
