Update: — ongoing OPAHs in 2020-09-01 — from OPAH in project to 2016-01-01 Created in 1977, the planned operations of ' improvement of habitat (OPAH), s' are consistent with the guidelines laid down by the PLH. They aim to improve the living conditions of households in the private park, in a given territory, thanks to the concentration of human, technical and financial resources, over a period of 3 to 5 years. The OPAHs and their declinations (OPAH for urban renewal, OPAH for rural revitalisation, OPAH co-ownership, OPAH energy and OPAH sustainable development) allow to target the public action at the ¨#x27; scale of n°#x27; a sector to support the owners in their work projects or at the #x27 rd; scale of #x27; a co-ownership in difficulty to help him. __Origin__ Depending on the implementation of OPAH.
