Opinion of the Ae on projects submitted for impact assessment in Brittany

Opinion issued by the Regional Prefect, under the Environmental Authority, on the projects submitted for study of #x27; Impact in Brittany L' Environmental Authority (Ae) is consulted on works projects, d' works or d' public and private development, subject to study of the impact. L'Ae’s opinion is on the quality of the; study of the impact; and how the project takes into account the considerations of the environment and human health. Its purpose is to inform the public, to inform the public, to inform the decision of #x27; approval or #x27; authorisation of the project, and to contribute to improving the environmental quality of the project. Except in specific cases, the competent for projects, in a given region, is the prefect of the region (the same applies to documents from #x27; urban planning and other plans and programmes subject to environmental assessment). The opinions of l'Ae, reproduced here on a communal basis, are those issued by the prefect of the Brittany region on the whole of the projects. This data is updated weekly.
