Dataset description

A place of reception or geographical site is a localised geographical structure. It is defined uniquely by the number of INSEE commune (Variable NUMCOMSI) of the place of reception and its rank (which makes it possible to differentiate the places of reception in the same municipality). The site is characterised by: \- its wording (variable LIBSITE); \- its type of reception structure (variable STRACCUE). This data makes it possible to distinguish the different types of reception structure in the geographical sites of a CAF according to criteria of service offer and frequency of opening (head office, agency, antenna, permanence, relay); \- Its type of opening to the public (Variable TYPOUVSI): weekly more than 4 days, weekly 4 days, weekly 1 to 3 days, monthly, occasional. If the frequency of opening is distinct between different activities (e.g. statutory benefits and social action), the widest range is retained; \- Its different activities divided into four classes, the variables are equal to 1 if the service is offered on the site, to 0 otherwise: O the geographical site is concerned by the legal services sector (Variable TOPACCPF); O the geographic site allows a social welfare professional to be welcomed (Variable TOPACCAS); O the geographical site is concerned by the physical reception of the recipients (TOPACCPH variable); O the geographic site has at least one interactive WEB terminal (TOPPRBIW variable). The various places of reception are qualified as follows: \- Caf and Caf agencies other than headquarters offer a maximum service offer and are not managed by CIFs; the opening frequency shall be at least 5 days per week; the service offer includes: statutory benefits, recovery, individual social action and reception by a social worker; \- Caf antennas are managed by the Caf with an opening frequency of at least 4 days per week and a service offer at least in legal services; \- Weekly Caf hotlines are managed by the Caf, with a frequency of opening of at least 1 day per week and a service offer at least in legal services; \- The monthly Caf standbys are managed by the Caf, with a frequency of opening of at least 1 day per month and a service offer at least in legal services; \- The Caf social helplines are managed by the Caf, with a frequency of opening of at least 1 day per month and a reception offer by a social action professional; \- The Caf relays are managed by partners, there is no periodicity required for openings and they offer at least one first-level reception (information on services and the Caf), and a structured liaison with the Caf (“visio”, counter, internet line, liaison with a referent to the Caf, transmission of files to the Caf). The online table is extracted at the end of the month and concerns active sites at that date. However, some of these sites may be closed occasionally.
