Dataset description

Agri-environmental and climate measures (ACE) are the main tools of the second pillar of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) to support the change in agricultural practices in order to reduce local agricultural pressures on the environment and to maintain practices that respect the environment. In the Rural Development Program (RDP) of Alsace, measure 10.1 relates to DFAC implemented exclusively by agri-environmental and climate projects (APEC) in the form of DFAC with localised issues defined at the parcel level, from DFAC systems to #x27; scale of the #x27 rd; exploitation. The PAEC &grand hamster d'Alsace" is based on areas in which this species remains, which is listed in Annex V to Council Directive 92/43 of 21/05/92 on the conservation of natural habitats and of wild fauna and flora. The funders mobilised under this CEAP are the State, Europe. The Chamber of Agriculture of Alsace Region and l' Office National de la Hunting et de la Faune Sauvage jointly assume the roles of facilitators and operators of this CEAP. The monitoring and steering of the CEAP will be carried out by the services of the State (DDT, DREAL). The CEAP is located within the ZAP "biodiversity and landscape &. The objectives of this CEAP are to maintain or restore the breeding sites and resting areas of the large hamster in a favourable state of conservation. To achieve this, the CEAP envisages three axes: — develop large and protected areas in which the actions of the state are concentrated, — implement new agricultural measures more adapted to the dynamics of the hamster and promote the collective involvement of farmers, — targeted reinforcement operations in low-density hamster areas. __Origin__ The boundaries of each of the control zones are calculated and reported in the local GeoBase by plotting &tampons" around trapping points or areas with confirmed presence of chrysomele. __Partner organisations__ DRAAF Alsace __Links annexes__ * [XML metadata view](http://ogc.geo-ide.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/csw/all-dataset?REQUEST=GetRecordById&SERVICE=CSW&VERSION=2.0.2&RESULTTYPE=results&elementSetName=full&TYPENAMES=gmd:MD_Metadata&OUTPUTSCHEMA=http://www.isotc211.org/2005/gmd&ID=fr-120066022-jdd-98d6cd87-81ba-4e27-aade-42281accd225) * [COVADIS data standard: Maize root chrysomel control zone](http://geostandards.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/afficherPageStandard.do?jeu=N_CHRYSOMELE_ZSUP) [See this page on geo.data.gouv.fr](https://geo.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/7ef5fa8ab076e8e8fdcdf89734e398630bbb73bb)
