Dataset description

This is a geographical area in which the most polluting vehicles will no longer be able to operate. This measure requested by the State, as a result of its condemnation by the European Court, is imposed on all major metropolises of France. Since 1 March 2022, **Toulouse Métropole** has a Low Emissions Mobility Area (ZFEm), a perimeter within which the traffic of the most polluting vehicles will be progressively restricted. The area includes the interior of the Toulouse ring road, including part of the West Bypass and the Auch Road, as well as a small part of Colomiers and Tournefeuille.
