Dataset description

The Water Planning and Management Schema (SAGE) is a collectively developed planning document, for a coherent hydrographic perimeter, it sets general objectives of use, development, quantitative and qualitative protection of water resources. It must be compatible with the Master Plan of Water Planning and Management (SDAGE). The scope and time frame within which it is developed are determined by the SDAGE. Otherwise, it shall be decided by the prefect(s) of department, if necessary on a proposal from the local authorities concerned. The SAGE is established by a Local Commission of Water (CLE) representing the various actors of the territory, submitted to a public inquiry and is approved by the prefect. It has a legal scope: the regulation and its map documents are enforceable against third parties and decisions in the field of water must be compatible or made compatible with the plan d' development and sustainable management of water resources. Urban planning documents (territorial coherence scheme, local plan of #x27; urban planning and communal map) must be compatible with the protection objectives defined by the SAGE. The departmental career plan must be compatible with the provisions of the SAGE. The reference texts are articles L.212-3 a L.212-11 of the code de l'environment and circular DE/SDATDCP/BDCP/no 10 of 21 April 2008. Update: 11/09/2019 Source: GESTEAU __Origin__ The boundaries of a restricted zone are represented on the graphical documents of the PPR. Regulatory limits are generally set on natural phenomena, which do not follow cadastral or administrative boundaries. A PPRT determines the boundaries of the different restricted zones according to the calculated right-of-way of the hazardous phenomena of the site. Some PPRs may sometimes contain regulations associated with linear or punctual figures (cavities, runoff axis...). The linear and point graphics primitives are to be used in these cases respectively. __Partner organisations__ DDTM Pas-de-Calais __Links annexes__ * [XML metadata view](http://ogc.geo-ide.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/csw/all-dataset?REQUEST=GetRecordById&SERVICE=CSW&VERSION=2.0.2&RESULTTYPE=results&elementSetName=full&TYPENAMES=gmd:MD_Metadata&OUTPUTSCHEMA=http://www.isotc211.org/2005/gmd&ID=fr-120066022-jdd-b0fe4ff3-1d30-418f-98eb-e22d2d94afd5) * [access to the single download service of the game and associated documents](http://atom.geo-ide.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/atomMetadata/GetResourceDescription?id=071fe169-290b-4cf6-a61c-6d97d56bec41&scope=INTERNET) * [COVADIS data standard: Restricted zone of a PPRT](http://geostandards.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/afficherPageStandard.do?jeu=N_ZONE_REG_PPRT_AAAANNNN_S) * [HTML view of metadata on the Internet](http://catalogue.geo-ide.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/catalogue/apps/search/?uuid=fr-120066022-jdd-c16aeb09-a62c-4902-bcd7-206f809dfa07) * [simple download of game and related documents](http://atom.geo-ide.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/atomArchive/GetResource?id=071fe169-290b-4cf6-a61c-6d97d56bec41&full=true) * [XML metadata view](http://catalogue.geo-ide.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/catalogue/srv/fre/xml_iso19139?uuid=fr-120066022-jdd-c16aeb09-a62c-4902-bcd7-206f809dfa07) [See this page on geo.data.gouv.fr](https://geo.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/5d3b5b30c45f94aa1466f65091e59a3d1f860fef)
