Dataset description

The Schema d'Water Management and Management (SAGE) is a collective planning document, for a coherent hydrographic perimetre, it sets general objectives of use, development, quantitative and qualitative protection of water resources. It must be compatible with the Schema Directors of Water Management and Management (SDAGE).The perimetre and the time in which it is developed are determined by the SDAGE. In default, it is stopped by the prefect(s) of the department, the case failing on the proposal of the interested territorial collectivites. The SAGE is established by a Local Commission of Water (CLE) representing the various actors of the territory, submitted to public inquiry and is approved by the prefect. It has a legal door: the regulation and its cartographic documents are enforceable against third parties and decisions in the field of water must be compatible or made compatible with the plan for sustainable management and management of water resources. Urban planning documents (territorial coherence schema, local plan of #x27; urban planning and communal map) must be compatible with the objectives of protection defined by the SAGE. The Schema departemental des carrieres must be compatible with the provisions of the SAGE. The reference texts are articles L.212-3 a L.212-11 of the code de l'environment and circular DE/SDATDCP/BDCP/no 10 of 21 April 2008. __Origin__ ATTENTION: the SAGE Vistre, tablecloths of the Vistrenque Costières overlap the SAGE des Gardons and the SAGE of the little Camargue October 2012 — new perimeter of the SAGE des Gardons October 2015 — transcript of the layer in.shp format and creation of & a.qml style for superposition January 2016 — approval of the SAGE des Gardons and Tarn Amont April 2018 — updated links giving access to orders __Partner organisations__ DDTM Gard __Links annexes__ * [XML metadata view](http://ogc.geo-ide.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/csw/all-dataset?REQUEST=GetRecordById&SERVICE=CSW&VERSION=2.0.2&RESULTTYPE=results&elementSetName=full&TYPENAMES=gmd:MD_Metadata&OUTPUTSCHEMA=http://www.isotc211.org/2005/gmd&ID=fr-120066022-jdd-45161b7d-c7d3-48a9-84d4-b66e3b033cf9) * [COVADIS data standard: Perimeters of Plans d'Water Planning and Management](http://geostandards.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/afficherPageStandard.do?jeu=N_SAGE_ZINF_S) [See this page on geo.data.gouv.fr](https://geo.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/7202719ddf3ca7d15db2919896ffb570eb342bd5)
