Dataset description

For natural PPRs, the code of l'environment defines two categories of zones (L562-1): risk-exposed areas and areas that are not directly exposed to risks but where measures may be planned to avoid d’#x27; exacerbate the risk. Depending on the level of d'aira, each zone is the subject of an opposable regulation. Regulations generally distinguish three types of zones: 1- ‘zones d' prohibition to build’, known as ‘red zones’, where the level of #x27; hazard is strong and the general rule is #x27; prohibition on building; 2- ‘zones subject to requirements’, known as ‘blue zones’, where the level of hazard is average and projects are subject to requirements adapted to the type of #x27; stakes; 3- areas not directly exposed to risks but where constructions, structures, development or agricultural, forestry, artisanal, commercial or industrial operations could aggravate or cause new risks, subject to prohibitions or requirements (cf. Article L562-1 of the Code of the Environment). The latter category is only applicable to natural PPRs. __Origin__ This table is rendered geometrically using the IAL perimeter (prescription perimeter when the PPR is prescribed or perimeter regulated when the PPR is approved). The geometry of the prescribed perimeter of {\#x27; a PPR is provided by the prefectural prescription order of this PPR. The geometry of the regulated perimeter of a PPR is constructed by l' geometric aggregation of polygons representing the zones restricted by the PPR.Source of georeferencing:- cadastral reference PCI (DGFIP) or BD Parcellar (IGN) name, version and news to be specified- Scan25 (IGN): number and year of l' edition to be specified- BD CARTO (IGN) or GeoFLA (IGN) (number and year of l' edition to be specified) for prescribed PPRs — List of prescribed and approved PPRNs on the department based on existing information in the; GASPAR application for monitoring PPR procedures. __Partner organisations__ DDT Tarn-et-Garonne __Links annexes__ * [XML metadata view](http://ogc.geo-ide.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/csw/all-dataset?REQUEST=GetRecordById&SERVICE=CSW&VERSION=2.0.2&RESULTTYPE=results&elementSetName=full&TYPENAMES=gmd:MD_Metadata&OUTPUTSCHEMA=http://www.isotc211.org/2005/gmd&ID=fr-120066022-jdd-555bba7c-3cf2-4a08-bde3-c6a3af8307e5) * [documentation of the VAlidation Data Commission Data Standard for Spatialised Information (COVADIS): Natural and Technological Risk Prevention Plan](http://www.geoinformations.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/standard-de-donnees-covadis-plan-de-prevention-des-a2140.html) * [COVADIS data standard: PPRN document on the department...](http://geostandards.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/afficherPageStandard.do?jeu=N_DOCUMENT_PPRN_S) * [simple download (Atom) of the game and associated documents via the internet](http://atom.geo-ide.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/atomArchive/GetResource?id=d3e9e033-6151-4343-aa64-200b4a3aed8b&dataType=dataset) [See this page on geo.data.gouv.fr](https://geo.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/933e62c9d62d8b4e16897391abc963626cd3148b)
