Dataset description

The Risk Prevention Plans (RPPs) were established by the law of 2 February 1995 on strengthening the protection of the environment. They constitute the essential instrument of the State in the field of risk prevention. Their objective is to control development in areas at major risk. PPRs are approved by the prefects and generally carried out by the Departmental Directorates of Territories (DDT). These plans regulate land use or land use through construction bans or requirements on existing or future buildings (constructive provisions, vulnerability reduction work, restrictions on agricultural use or practices, etc.). These plans may be in progress; development (prescribed), applied in advance or approved. The PPR file contains a submission note, a regulatory zoning plan and a regulation. Can be attached d' other graphic documents useful for understanding the approach (hazards, challenges...). Each PPR is spotted by a polygon corresponding to l' set of communes concerned with the scope of prescription when it is at the prescribing state; and l' envelope of restricted zones when it is at the approved state. This geographical table makes it possible to map existing PPRNs on the department. Each PPRN document existing in the geographic table N_DOCUMENT_PPRN is linked to the N_DOCUMENT_PPRN, using its GASPAR code in the format of “ddd[PREF|DDT|DDTM|DREAL]aaaannnn” (AAAA and NNNN correspond to the reference year and the number d' order of the associated PPR procedure in GASPAR): 1. to its administrative procedure; preparation (or revision) managed in the \#x27; GASPAR application, d' on the one hand, 2. its series of numerical constituent geographical data described by metadata sheet N_PPRN_AAAANNNN (#0001495) d' other. __Origin__ The boundaries of a restricted zone are represented on the graphical documents of the PPR. Regulatory limits are generally set on natural phenomena, which do not follow cadastral or administrative boundaries. A PPR determines the boundaries of the different restricted zones according to the calculated right-of-way of the hazardous phenomena of the site. Some PPRs may sometimes contain regulations associated with linear or punctual figures (cavities, runoff axis...). The linear and point graphics primitives are to be used in these cases respectively. __Partner organisations__ DDT Tarn-et-Garonne __Links annexes__ * [XML metadata view](http://ogc.geo-ide.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/csw/all-dataset?REQUEST=GetRecordById&SERVICE=CSW&VERSION=2.0.2&RESULTTYPE=results&elementSetName=full&TYPENAMES=gmd:MD_Metadata&OUTPUTSCHEMA=http://www.isotc211.org/2005/gmd&ID=fr-120066022-jdd-49efdd45-364a-4109-9f79-96c78fe40d0e) * [COVADIS data standard: Restricted zone of a PPRN](http://geostandards.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/afficherPageStandard.do?jeu=N_ZONE_REG_PPRN_AAAANNNN_S) * [documentation of the VAlidation Data Commission Data Standard for Spatialised Information (COVADIS): Natural and Technological Risk Prevention Plan](http://www.geoinformations.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/standard-de-donnees-covadis-plan-de-prevention-des-a2140.html) [See this page on geo.data.gouv.fr](https://geo.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/ad560166025c7a2eaf92fa70c9fec07d9433e8f3)
