A public utility is a geographical entity whose nature or function induces, under #x27; effect of #x27; a regulation, constraints on the modalities of #x27; land occupancy of the surrounding land. The disappearance or destruction on the ground of the generator n' has no consequence of suppressing the servitude(s) associated with it. Only a new act of annulment or #x27; repeal taken by the competent authority may legally remove the effects of the easement(s) in question. __Origin__ Easement deriving from ¶#x27; approval of a PPRN, deferral of areas to which s & #x27 apply easement, as a result of a PPRN. PM1 also covers former SSPs and PERs that are equivalent to PPR, as well as PPRNs taken for risk & Withdrawal and Swelling of {\#x27;Argil". The areas considered under PM1 easements can be of two kinds: 1. to the municipality, according to the municipal boundaries of the BD-Carto or BD-Topo (withdrawal and swelling of clays) 2. d' after approved PPRN zoning with DGI vector PCI for reference In this case, only the red, blue and yellow areas of the PPRNs are taken into account.
