PPR ARETTE (64DDTM20010010) — Non-geometric table to be used for Multi-Hazard Risk Prevention Plans to inform the types of risks addressed in the PPR

The plans for the prevention of natural hazards (PPRN) were established by the law of 2 February 1995 on the strengthening of the protection of the environment. They constitute the essential instrument of the State in the field of risk prevention. Their objective is to control development in areas at major risk. The PPRNs are approved by the prefects and generally carried out by the Departmental Directorates of Territories (DDT). These plans regulate land use or land use through construction bans or requirements on existing or future buildings (constructive provisions, vulnerability reduction work, restrictions on agricultural use or practices, etc.). These plans may be in progress; development (prescribed), applied in advance or approved. The PPRN file contains a presentation note, a regulatory zoning plan and a regulation. This geographical table makes it possible to map existing PPRNs on the department. Each PPRN document existing in this geographic table is linked to the \#x27;using its GASPAR code in the format “ddd[PREF|DDT|DDTM|DREAL]aaaannnn” (AAAA and NNNN correspond to the reference year and order number of the associated PPRN procedure in GASPAR): — 1. to its administrative procedure; preparation (or revision) managed in the second part; GASPAR application, d' — 2. to its series of spatial constituent data described by metadata sheet N_PPRN_AAAANNNN, d' other. __Origin__ Combination of a technological risk given to a multi-hazard PPRN. COVADIS standardisation of the PPRn digital data of the departments of the Aquitaine region (2014). The perimeters correspond to those available in the processed data.
