Dataset description

For natural PPRs, the code of l'environment defines two categories of zones (L562-1): — risk-exposed areas, — areas that are not directly exposed to risks but on which measures may be planned to avoid d’#x27; exacerbate the risk. Depending on the level of d'aira, each zone is the subject of an opposable regulation. Regulations generally distinguish three types of zones: 1- ‘zones d' prohibition to build’, known as ‘red zones’, where the level of #x27; hazard is strong and the general rule is #x27; prohibition on building; 2- ‘zones subject to requirements’, known as ‘blue zones’, where the level of hazard is average and projects are subject to requirements adapted to the type of #x27; stakes; 3- areas not directly exposed to risks but where constructions, structures, development or agricultural, forestry, artisanal, commercial or industrial operations could aggravate or cause new risks, subject to prohibitions or requirements (cf. Article L562-1 of the Code of the Environment). The latter category is only applicable to natural PPRs. Table containing all the restricted zones of the PPRn. Warning: The data disseminated are informative and not enforceable against the third party. The GIS data has been standardised from the numerical data used in the development of the approved NRPs. We do not guarantee their completeness and accuracy in relation to enforceable documents. Official and enforceable documents against third parties can be consulted at the City Hall or the prefecture. __Origin__ COVADIS standardisation of the digital data of the Natural Risk Prevention Plans (PPRn) of the departments of the Aquitaine region (made as part of a market in 2014). The geometric modeling of ' entity at ' origin of risk depends on the type of risk, the context of the PPR, the nature of the generator and its modeling in the data source or geographical repository from which it originates. For example, a water course may be represented by a polygon or a polyline according to its size and width, an ICPE by a point (if the location of its enclosure is unknown) or by a polygon (especially from the grey area of the PPRT). The geometry of this class d'objects is optional when: — this geometry is already carried by an object d'a geographical repository or d' an external data source, to which it is then recommended to refer to the identifier; — it does not exist because the origin of the risk cannot be precisely defined or localised (e.g. earthquakes, avalanches, marine submersions, etc.). However, since stable references to external objects are rare in practice, the geometry of l' origin of the risk will often result from the duplication of that of the two; object representing the origin of risk. __Partner organisations__ DDTM Pyrénées-Atlantiques __Links annexes__ * [XML metadata view](http://ogc.geo-ide.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/csw/all-dataset?REQUEST=GetRecordById&SERVICE=CSW&VERSION=2.0.2&RESULTTYPE=results&elementSetName=full&TYPENAMES=gmd:MD_Metadata&OUTPUTSCHEMA=http://www.isotc211.org/2005/gmd&ID=fr-120066022-jdd-53962448-dd64-45a1-803a-c4ff4c84625c) * [COVADIS data standard: Surface Entity at #x27; Origin of Risk of PPRN](http://geostandards.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/afficherPageStandard.do?jeu=N_ORIG_RISQ_PPRN_AAAANNNN_S) [See this page on geo.data.gouv.fr](https://geo.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/20eb970ddbf351654607d497387fac06326bd28b)
