Dataset description

The data for this layer correspond to the different regulatory areas corresponding to the sectors impacted by marine submersion. These were defined according to the two deadlines studied (reference hazard and hazard to maturity 2100), the degree of ' exposure to the risk of marine submersion and the risk of land use (stakes). This layer includes zones BC, R, r, b, R100, B100 and v100. __Origin__ This layer comes from the crossing: — the various levels of marine submersion hazard for the reference event (Xynthia + 20 cm) and the event due 2100 (Xynthia + 60 cm) defined on the territory of the PPRL and validated in November 2014 during the steering committee chaired by the Sub-Prefect of Saint Nazaire, — and the geographical database, the BD-MOS 44 of the Loire Atlantique County Council, which corresponds to a mapping inventory of modes of land use in Loire Atlantique in 2012 (scale d' interpretation of data at 1/5000). The presentation note of PPRL Presqu' Guérandaise — Saint Nazaire Island specifies the methodology for defining marine submersion hazards. It describes and justifies the design of regulatory zoning. The PPRL Regulation specifies the specific provisions for each of the restricted areas relating to projects. __Partner organisations__ DDTM Loire-Atlantique __Links annexes__ * [HTML view of metadata on the Internet](http://catalogue.geo-ide.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/catalogue/srv/fre/catalog.search#/metadata/fr-120066022-jdd-bc56d9f3-c527-4879-b0af-3bd6c8b09e33) * [XML metadata view](http://ogc.geo-ide.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/csw/all-dataset?REQUEST=GetRecordById&SERVICE=CSW&VERSION=2.0.2&RESULTTYPE=results&elementSetName=full&TYPENAMES=gmd:MD_Metadata&OUTPUTSCHEMA=http://www.isotc211.org/2005/gmd&ID=fr-120066022-jdd-bc56d9f3-c527-4879-b0af-3bd6c8b09e33) * [the PPRL of the Guérandaise Presqu’île — Saint-Nazaire on the Portal of Services of l’' State in Loire-Atlantique](http://www.loire-atlantique.gouv.fr/Politiques-publiques/Risques-naturels-et-technologiques/Prevention-des-risques-naturels/Plans-Prevention-Risques-Naturels-Previsibles/Les-Plans-de-Prevention-des-Risques-Littoraux-en-Loire-Atlantique/Le-PPRL-de-la-Presqu-ile-Guerandaise-Saint-Nazaire) * [COVADIS data standard: Restricted zone of a PPRN](http://geostandards.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/afficherPageStandard.do?jeu=N_ZONE_REG_PPRN_AAAANNNN_S) * [basic URL of wms/wfs services on the Internet](http://ogc.geo-ide.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/wxs?map=/opt/data/carto/geoide-catalogue/1.4/org_38030/2c8f9f7c-890c-4647-bcfa-a9a520c08619.internet.map) [See this page on geo.data.gouv.fr](https://geo.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/57e068741487b8cabfae0eb5944714039d80fc91)
